1. Industry Background: Environmental Issues of Traditional Dust Nets

Most so-called “eco-friendly” or “green” dust control nets currently available on the market are still made from plastic materials such as PP and PE.

After prolonged exposure to sunlight and harsh weather conditions, these materials tend to degrade and crack into small plastic fragments. These fragments are difficult to recycle and eventually turn into microplastics, causing long-term environmental pollution and secondary contamination of soil.

In addition, due to the lack of unified industry standards, many dust nets on the market have low mesh density and are typically produced with only 2 to 4 knitting layers. In the pursuit of lower cost, quality control is often neglected, resulting in poor dust suppression performance and a significantly reduced service life.

2. Product Introduction: Biodegradable Dust Control Net

To address the limitations of traditional products, Xinhui Netting has developed a new generation of biodegradable dust control net.

This product is primarily made from PBAT combined with PLA materials. Through a specialized multi-component modification process, a dedicated biodegradable resin for dust netting is produced.

Using advanced equipment, the material is extruded into biodegradable flat yarn and then woven into different specifications of dust control nets through specialized warp knitting machines.

After completing its service life, the net can fully degrade into environmentally friendly substances such as carbon dioxide and water, without causing any secondary pollution.

3. Manufacturing Process and Quality Control

The biodegradable dust control net is manufactured under the enterprise standard Q/DHTY 001-2025.

From raw material processing to finished product, the entire production undergoes 18 strictly controlled procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.

A comprehensive quality control system is implemented throughout the process to guarantee both dust suppression efficiency and environmental performance.

4. Product Features

High dust suppression efficiency
With high mesh density, the coverage rate exceeds 80 percent, effectively controlling dust dispersion.

Eco-friendly and biodegradable
The biodegradation rate is over 90 percent, and the material decomposes without generating microplastic pollution.

Stable structure
The net does not loosen, unravel, or deform during use, ensuring reliable performance.

High strength and impact resistance
It offers strong durability and can withstand demanding construction environments.

Flexible and smooth texture
The material is soft and elastic, making installation easier and more efficient.
